The service at this good budget hotel was exceptional. The staff was very caring, the room was spotless and nicely furnished. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, to bring bags up a long slope, convenient to go everywhere. There was 

Lovely and fab location, huge standard king room with money-shower and obscure glass windows plus a fridge.

The deluxe twin room was a nice size and well furnished with comfy bed, so that guests had essentials. An iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV in the room were useful.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent and perfect near a long slope, and the scenic river and beautiful historic, cobbled streets. A nice size and brand-new units with a splendid bathroom,

The whole place was tidy and the staff were attentive and efficient. We booked standard double room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: an individual safe, a coffee/tea maker, and television. The location was absolutely 

by and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in guildford, had much fun and met extremely helpful and attentive staff at all times. the position of the hotel was magnificent, in the centre of town location. 

All in all, it's stylish place that has good staff at all times.

This nicely decorated and good looking hotel occupies a really nice building in the contemporary style. Make sure to get deluxe queen room with a separate shower, the hair dryer, comfy bed.

A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Great value for money and well-equipped room and a lovely bathroom. Central location especially in garage area. Adjacent to the bar/ gardens very much in use at 10pm.
